Next Neighborhood Meeting

March 6th, 2012 at the Earthfare Community Room.

Neighborhood Yard Sale

Will be held Saturday April 28th. Plan now to make this event bigger than ever. Details will follow.

2012 Fishing Tournament

We had such a great turnout and so much fun at last years fishing tournament that we decided that having it on Father's Day Weekend makes it a great event. This year we want to combine the neighborhood picnic with the fishing tournament to make it even more special. So remember the fishing tournament will be held on Father's Day Weekend June 16th.

October 6th

We are asking for ideas to hold a fall event in our neighborhood. If there is anything that you think would be fun for all please send your comments to the webmaster and I'll pass along your suggestions.

Curfew Changes

The Charlotte City Council has recently made changes in the law regarding the curfew in Charlotte.  The goal of the changes is to help protect young people in our community from harm.  Youth ages 15 and under and their parents need to know these changes so that they will not be in violation of the law.

The changes are effective December 15, 2011.
Curfew Hours:
Ages 12 and under:  10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. seven days per week
Ages 13-15:                11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. seven days per week

Youth are not in violation of the ordinance if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian or a responsible adult age 21 or over that has the parent’s permission to accompany the youth.

For more information on the curfew, including the exceptions to the ordinance, click here.
